3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must have the legal capacity to use the platform and submit accurate information. If you create an account or access a vendor/admin portal, you are responsible for protecting login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Customer Inquiries and Quote Requests
Customers may submit event requirements, quote requests, contact details, and preferences. WeddingWeeks may contact customers to clarify requirements and may share relevant details with selected vendors, venues, or planning partners. Quotes, availability, packages, and final booking terms may change based on event date, guest count, location, season, customization, taxes, and vendor policies.
5. Vendor Listings and Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for keeping their information accurate and lawful, including:
- Business name, contact details, address, categories, service descriptions, pricing ranges, policies, portfolio media, and availability.
- Licenses, registrations, permits, insurance, tax compliance, food safety, venue permissions, music/event permissions, and other legal obligations that apply to their services.
- Customer communication, service delivery, cancellation terms, refunds, and dispute handling unless WeddingWeeks has separately agreed in writing to manage those obligations.
We may verify, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, low quality, unlawful, or harmful to platform trust.
6. Lead Quality and No Guaranteed Bookings
WeddingWeeks may route inquiries and provide visibility to vendors, but we do not guarantee a fixed number of leads, customer responses, conversion rates, bookings, revenue, search ranking, or placement unless a separate written agreement expressly provides it.
7. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
Some services may be free and others may require listing fees, subscriptions, commissions, lead fees, package fees, or managed planning charges. Payment terms, renewal terms, taxes, refunds, and cancellation policies may be provided in the applicable order form, invoice, subscription page, package page, or written agreement.
8. Vendor-Customer Contracts
Unless WeddingWeeks is explicitly listed as a contracting party in a separate agreement, vendor services are provided by the vendor, not by WeddingWeeks. Customers should review vendor contracts, inclusions, exclusions, deliverables, payment schedules, cancellation policies, force majeure terms, venue rules, and refund terms before booking.
9. Reviews, Media, and User Content
Users and vendors may submit text, photos, videos, reviews, comments, listing details, or other content. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content, including permissions from photographers, videographers, venues, clients, guests, and identifiable people where required.
You grant WeddingWeeks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, distribute, and promote submitted content in connection with the platform, marketing, search pages, social previews, and related services.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, availability, pricing, reviews, or relationship with another party.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
- Use WeddingWeeks to send spam, malware, fraudulent inquiries, fake reviews, or unauthorized promotions.
- Bypass inquiry routing, misuse customer data, or contact users in ways that violate law or platform trust.
11. Intellectual Property
WeddingWeeks.com, platform design, software, workflows, branding, content, and databases are owned by WeddingWeeks or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, resell, reproduce, or exploit platform materials except as allowed by these terms or written permission.
12. Search, Ranking, and Moderation
Search results, vendor order, category pages, verification labels, recommendations, and editorial placements may depend on relevance, quality, availability, commercial terms, subscription status, user behavior, moderation decisions, and platform strategy. We may change ranking and visibility logic at any time.
13. Third-Party Services
